Crepes + Nutella = :)

I have a few very cool sisters. One sister took French when she was in middle school, and received a very good crepe recipe from her teacher. Another sister introduced me to the joy of traveling to Europe, thereby introducing me to Nutella while we were vacationing in Italy. Now, combine those two together and ... ahhh ... it's one of the most blissful things in the world.

Today for lunch I decided to mix up a few crepes, and (thankfully!) when my sister moved out of her house last month, she gave me a HUGE unopened jar of Nutella that she and her husband weren't going to need. I spread the Nutella on my warm crepes, and folded them Italian-style (into triangles), then they were ready to enjoy. It was one of the best lunches I've ever had. Not the most healthy, by any means, but definitely one of the tastiest!

Oh - my other sister is very cool too, even if she didn't contribute to my tasty lunch. She does have two of the cutest kids in the world, so ... I guess that balances the scales.

Hooray. They are certainly lovely. But just wait until you come to London. There is this chain called Le Pain Quotidien. It's French for our daily bread. They serve hot Belgian waffles with their store-brand version of Nutella. These waffles will change your life. Your waffle life, anyway.
