Humidity is an interesting thing. For some people it makes their hair curly, but then makes some flat. It opens your pores, but then makes them more noticeable because the air is thicker. The temperatue could be 80, but the humidity makes it feel like it's 92. It makes your hair smoother, makes your nails grow faster and stronger, and keeps the air warm at night.
While I've been here my nails haven't broken once! My hair feels like it's actually growing. My skin is soft and moisturized without having to use excessive amounts of lotion. It's great. But don't get me wrong, it has it's down sides too. It's hot and muggy during the day AND night. My hair doesn't want to cooperate most of the time. And I can't hold my breath under water for as long (okay, that's more of the change in altitude than the humidity). But at least my nails look killer!
