Woo hoo! I've been back in Utah for 3 days now, and since I have been here, a lot has happened/been happening.
First, my nephew is SO CUTE! He's so tiny! They decided to name him ALEXANDER, which means the entire family all has names that start with "A" except for Jeremy. I don't know if they planned it that way, but I don't think so. It just happened.
Second, Heather and Ben have done a lot of work on their basement. When I left, the only thing that was done was the framing, which was pretty much there when they bought the house. But now, it's a full blown basement. They added 2 more bedrooms, a good sized laundry room, and a really nice entertainment room. It all looks really good! On the other side, they also have a lot of stuff. They had a lot of stuff in their house. And now they have a lot of stuff in boxes, and in other peoples houses. I took them to the airport yesterday morning, and they are now in London. I can't believe I have a sister who lives in Europe! That's so cool! I'll miss them a lot, but it wasn't sad for me because I already live so far away, it's not really going to be any different for me once I go back to Kansas. It doesn't matter if you live 1000 miles away, or across an ocean, it all feels the same.
Third, my parents have done a lot of work on their house. My old room has been transformed into a playroom for grandkids, complete with a large plastic castle (which I've been sleeping next to). It looks really cute, and I'm sure Ashley loves it in here. There a little tv for her to watch "Thomas" or "Elmo" and there is a plethora of dolls and stuffed animals. Also there's some pretend food, cash register, keyboard, a day bed complete with a Disney Princess sheet set (for naptime of course). Oh, and new carpet! It looks like my old room, but with a face lift.
I've been working really hard ever since I got here, and today is my first day (and so far my only day) where I have nothing planned. I slept in, and now I'm going to spend some time just being lazy. That's what vacations are supposed to be for, right? I'll be here for another 12 days, and Jason gets here in a week. I'll be glad when he gets here because I miss him. We have a lot of fun things planned for when he gets here.
Finished!

Sharla--Some of the YW said they saw you! Welcome home--for a while! We miss you but since I just read through your blog, it's obvious you don't miss us much! Sounds like things are going really well for you We'd love to see you--can you drop "in" on Sunday and say hello to everyone? We'd all like that. Hope to see you--Lynda Romney
