ENGAGED!!!!!!!!

Woo hoo! Well, Saturday was a big day. Obviously, you know what happened. Let me give you the details though.

Jason worked that day and when he came home we had a few errands to run, so we went to the grocery store ... went to Barnes and Noble ... went to Best Buy ... then came home. While I was putting the groceries away, he decided to build a fire since it was so cold outside. Then we sat down on the couch and turned on the TV. Star Wars was on, and if you know me at all, you know I love Star Wars. It was even my favorite episode ... Empire Strikes Back. So we watched Star Wars together, and he was massaging my one of my arms because they get so tired while I'm typing at work. Well, we were to the part where Luke gets his arm cut off and Darth Vader tells him he's his father - very memorable. I was a little focused on the movie, and wasn't paying too much attention to what Jason was doing, when all of a sudden ... I felt him slipping something on my finger -- we had been ring shopping, so I kind of knew it was coming, but I was expecting sometime in the next week or so since my birthday is coming up. And that's when he asked me that question ... "Will you marry me?" To which I quickly responded ... "YES!"

So there you have it. I'm engaged. Woo hoo! And there's my dorky story. But I think it fits for us. I'll take some pictures of my ring and post them. It's BEAUTIFUL! A 1 ct. princess cut diamond in the center, with two diamonds on each side, set in white gold. Love, love, love it!
