Quick Update

Been a long time, but we've been really busy.

Still liking my new job. I've been there for 4 months now, so I don't know if I can still refer to it as "new" or not. Jason's still working second shift, but we're hopeful that will change soon. Keep your fingers crossed for us.

Barklee's tumor turned out to be caused by an infection, not cancer, which is awesome. She's doing very well, and the tumor has gone away completely. Her hair has grown back too, so you can barely even see where it was. She's back to chasing Norway and barking at squirrels.

Jason had roses delivered to me at work on Valentine's Day. So sweet! <3 <3 <3 <3

My entire family is planning a trip to DISNEYLAND together at the end of April. We're so excited! We haven't been to Disneyland together as family for a long time. And as a birthday gift for my mom, A & J, H & B, J and me, and L & D all pitched in to pay for our parent's hotel room for their trip. Jason's never been to Disneyland, so when I told him we'd be spending 5 days there, he though that was a little much. He'll learn. :)

Jason and I are training for a 10K at the beginning of May. Wish me luck. I'm still not sure I can do it, but I'm excited that one of my best friends, Nataley, is going to be out here to visit me on the day of the 10K. Hopefully she can offer up a lot of vocal support, and a couple glasses of water.

And finally, today Jason and I are celebrating our 6 month anniversary! We're still just as happy as ever. I'm so lucky to have such a great husband! He spoils me, really. I love him and I'm grateful he's in my life as not only my husband, but as my best friend. I don't know what I would do without him. Love you baby!
